In the event: Click "Chat" on the main tab to manage your inbox and initiate chat with talents who are online.
Click change settings
Upload your photo
Insert your name
Insert your Title / role (we recommend putting the name of your company in front of the title e.g. Highered - CEO)
Insert your booth under Booth visibility
Put your status: Go online
Click Save changes
You can now initiate chat with any talents who are online by clicking the circles on top.
By clicking the arrows you can see and choose talent with whom you want to initiate the chat.
You can send messages and/or files using the bottom part of the message box. There is a limit of 1GB to each file sent.
Enable "Desktop Notifications" to get notified even when you are not on the chat page.
ADD YOUR SCHEDULE TO THE DESCRIPTION
We recommend including your schedule to be online in your company description
e.g "We will be available in the chat everyday between 10 AM - 11 AM and 1 PM - 2 PM CET"
A blinking element will appear beside your company logo when you are online in your booth.

Talent Panel communicates with several online services using several protocols. The following domains and protocols need to be whitelisted/enabled in firewalls:
Apart from the above-stated domains and protocols, there might be other custom functionalities in the firewall that blocks chat and/or video traffic, if so, Please Double-check with your IT team.
